Customized Databases

Cnow develops databases and other auxiliary applications that may be used in concert with or integrated directly into the interactive video program. For instance, professionals at AdvoServ, an organization that manages residential treatment programs in three states, use Cnow’s videoconferencing program in conjunction with Cnow’s Behavior Modification Database, which allows clinicians to analyze trends, review clients’ medical and behavioral histories, and develop graphs and reports. 

Management/Application Servers

Cnow also administers a range of servers designed to monitor and maintain the integrity of every videoconferencing call. These management servers provide administrators with real-time call status necessary to ensure quality and consistency for each and every connection.
